The frost refused to yield to the rising sun. The fog didn’t lift until after ten in the morning. I was thankful that I didn’t have to be a postie this morning. I swam laps at the local leisure centre near lunchtime, because it was too foggy to drive. Later, a high of nine degrees was achieved, apparently. The cold never left today.

Villager Alex has got us covered. Literally. You can’t have mine, because it already smells like me and is well used, but there’s four other beautiful blankies waiting for the right home.

Sure, these blankies will look fabulous draped over a couch, but they’ll enjoy life more if you’re underneath them - blankies are here to make you warm! Without that…well, then the blankie starts to develop a swathe of mental health disorders. This is my way of saying there’s only four of these beautiful blankies, they were hand made with love, and deserve love back. These blankies should never be ornamental. That would not just hurt their feelings. Their soul would break.
